  • 100% payment is required at the time of booking. We accept cash, bank transfer, and credit/debit cards. Checks are not accepted.

    For security reasons, the rooms with balcony rooms with ocean view are for adults only. are for adults only.

  • Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

  • Lost or damaged remote controls, dishes, decoders, etc. will be charged to the account.

  • 1 set of sheets is included for up to 3 nights. Earlier changes are subject to a fee.

    1 towel per night per person is included. Additional towels are charged.

    There will be a charge for hard-to-remove stains and an additional $25 for extra cleaning.

    Please diaper your infants, children or people senior citizens.

    A charge of $250 per mattress will be made for extraordinary cleaning of the mattress.

  • Smoking is not permitted. A $150 fine will be applied for deodorization.

  • The consumption of alcoholic beverages brought from outside is not allowed in the common areas. We have a bar service and corkage policy.

  • If you cancel:

    - 30 days before or more: No surcharge.

    - 15 - 29 days in advance: 50% surcharge.

    - 14 days before or no show: 100% surcharge.

    - There is no surcharge for date changes, provided that we are notified at least 48 hours in advance. A charge will be applied for the new date, if any.
